He’s an actor that has “one of those faces” you see reoccurring in film after film. You may know him as the villainous Franz Sanchez from James Bond’s License to Kill or as Special Agent Johnson in Die Hard, but soon you’re going to know acclaimed actor, Robert Davi as the Sinatra singer.

Robert is performing with a 50 piece orchestra for a tribute show to one of his close friends and the greatest entertainer in history, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Frank Sinatra[/lastfm], on January 15th at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza. Oh, and did I mention…I’ll be introducing the band for my birthday!

Appearing with Frank Sinatra in his first movie role ever, Robert Davi got his break in the 1977 film Contract on Cherry Street that also starred the singer. Davi became close friends with the singer who he calls “the greatest entertainer of all time,” so he’s throwing a huge tribute show of Sinatra standards, which just so happens to fall on my birthday!

Come celebrate with me and the whole morning show crew at Davi Sings Sinatra on January 15th at Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza. Tickets can be purchased with the discount code “Davi Sings Sinatra” on or at

Listen to our interview with the man himself, Robert Davi, as he shares what it’s like performing these classic hits with legendary musicians who played alongside Sinatra!

Now it’s time for the Flying Fickle Finger of Fate! Bank robbers in Alabama were identified after the money they stole was flying out of the window of their car. First they stole a Chevy Malibu, then they robbed the bank, and when they took off in the getaway car, the red dye pack in the money bag exploded all over the car. Eventually the police found the men hiding in the woods covered in red dye.

A man in New York has invented the perfect fashion accessory to keep low riding pants hanging down, just at the right level. His invention is called subs, which fasten around the waist like a garter belt and holds the pants up via expandable straps with clips at the end. I came up with an alternate invention it’s called…..a belt!
