TNT the cable network is going to reboot the hit ’80s drama series Dallas, and Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy, and Linda Gray have all agreed to reprise their roles and their ongoing family feud!

The pilot episode will focus on the conflict of the next generation between the son of J.R. and Sue Ellen and the adopted son of Bobby Ewing and his wife Pam.

The original Dallas series ran from 1978-1991 and was the most popular show on TV in the 80s, even attracting the largest ratings at the time for the unforgettable episode “Who Shot J.R.?”

    Yeah love DALLAS

I remember that show very well, but I never watched it. i remember the Who Shot JR epsisode (thank you Mary Crosby!) and I remember watching it only because of the big hype and hoopla over it.

Would I watch it again when the new series comes out? Maybe once, but I doubt I would get hooked onto it. Now if they did a similar series called “TORONTO” then I would probably watch it.

WESTBURY (New York) or WALA WALA (Washington) just doesn’t have the same ring to it, am I right? Right nancy?
