.”All In The Family”, my favorite show growing up in the 70’s (never missed an episode watching it on Saturday Nights on CBS

The pilot opening for All In The Family was amazing to watch. That was the first time I ever saw this one before.

“And Justice For All” from ’68. WOW! Now that’s nostalgia!

Thanks for all this KEARTH 101. You really made my day with these pieces of nostalgia; nothing like this era!

‘Hawaii Five-O!” I remember my brother watching this show in the 70’s. How’s the nevw version doing in the ratings anyway? Can you catch an episode on the net by any chance??

“Mary Tyler Moore!” Who remembers the classic “Chuckles the Clown” episode. I think it was the funniest episode they ever did and also one of the funniest sitcom episodes ever made.

“Disney’s Wonderful World”. Me and brother used to watch that every Sunday evening while eating supper growing up in the 70’s. He used to tape record the episodes along with Wild Kingdom, Ironside, Cannon, Mannix, Kojak and The Streets of San Francisco.

I remember seeing Nancy Mckeon on an episode of Fantasy Island (she was only nine or 10 at the time). I also remember seeing her in an episode of Starsky and Hutch in one of their first seasons. Actually sat down and watched that one with my
brother Imants( he’s mentally challenged) a while back as it was one of his favorite shows from the 70’s (now he can relive them again on DVD) along with Wild Kingdom, Cannon etc. I bought him a DVD set of Matlock for Christmas (another show he used to watch).

This post is really bringing back alot of memories and I have also been finding more of these opening themes on the net as well. Great retrospect and therapy as well.

I think Fiona would really enjoy these as well.
