No torpedo for this show, this time Charlie Sheen killed his comedy set in Cleveland, Ohio on Tuesday and even received a standing ovation after a two-hour performance!
Charlie took the stage like a rock star showing some love to the city by wearing a Cleveland Indians shirt, and the crowd went crazy for it. He increased the show’s set time from barely 90 minutes to a full two hours since his first show in Detroit, and big difference between this show and past shows was performing on stage with the help of a moderator.
To celebrate the success of the show, Charlie rented out an entire movie theater for a private screening of his father’s film Apocalypse Now for about 50 of his crew and show staff.
Besides relishing in the success of a new comedy tour, Charlie will soon have more to celebrate if the company Hyro-gliff trademarks his “winning” catchphrases like “Tiger Blood,” “duh, winning” and “rock star from Mars.” The company is seeking to trademark his sayings and the actor’s name, signature and title of his comedy tour “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not An Option” tour.
