After taking over as head of The Beatles’ Apple Records, guitarist, producer and manager extraordinaire, Peter Asher left England at the beginning of the ’70s to manage up and coming singer/songwriter James Taylor in the States. He went to produce Taylor’s breakout debut album Sweet Baby James that launched his exceptional music career.
