It’s a day none of us will ever forget. The devastating attacks of September 11, 2001. It’s hard to believe it was 10 years ago. Over the course of the next week leading up to the 10-year anniversary, we’ll take a look back at that fateful day.

Even though it’s a day none of us ever want to experience again, we’re going to be featuring photos, personal memories from K-EARTH 101 on-air personalities, videos and more from that day.

We also want to hear your experiences from that day. How you felt, what you experienced, if you knew anyone there that day and how your life has changed since September 11, 2001.

  1. RainbowRay says:

In Canada, they celebrate Rememrance Day in November to comemorate those who gave their lives during the first world war. During the services they play “Taps” (I think) and then the saying “Lest we forget” is whispered amongst the crowd to remember those who gave their lives for Canada during the “Great War” or “War to end all wars”.

I guess the words “Lest We Forget” also apply here as we approach the 10th anniversary of 9/11.
