[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Neil Diamond[/lastfm] is feeling pretty good after officially being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year, and to celebrate his accomplished five decade career, Diamond is bringing all his greatest hits to an extensive North American summer tour!

Not only is he taking the show on the road, but Diamond is also releasing a brand new album, The Very Best of Neil Diamond – The Original Studio Recordings, so you can enjoy the best of his work at home!

The greatest hits album will feature 23 fan favorites spanning his entire career, including “Forever In Blue Jeans,” “Cherry, Cherry,” “Sweet Caroline,” and “I’m A Believer.” The album will be available in store and online on Dec. 6th.

In conjunction with his album release, Diamond is also touring North America in the summer of 2012, visiting select venues for the very first time. Most tickets go on sale at 10:00AM on Monday, December 5th and all Canadian dates will be on sale on Monday, December 12th at 10:00AM. Tickets will be available at Ticketmaster.com, LiveNation.com, NeilDiamond.com and local box offices.
