Supercuts & Girl Scouts Of LA Talk K-EARTH 101’s 2nd Annual Locks Of Love Week

We had several special guests joining us in studio this morning to help kick off K-EARTH 101’s 2nd Annual Locks of Love Week with Supercuts and Paul-Mitchell hair products!

Supercuts franchise owner Cheryl Robinson and Kenya Yarbrough the Director of Marketing for the Girl Scouts of L.A., helped us organize this year’s events kicking off with the first three Girl Scout donators Karolyn, Emily and Kaelyn!

“We’re so proud to team with you and our friends at Paul-Mitchell and the Girls Scouts to get the message out to everyone about how important this donation is,” said Cheryl. “A free haircut is always wonderful, making a difference for a child is awesome.”

Guidelines to donate to Locks of Love:

  • Hair donation must be 10” or longer (from tip to tip)
  • Clean and dry
  • Bundled in a ponytail or braid (simply cut above the rubber band)
  • Free from bleach
  • Hair that has been colored or permed is acceptable
  • Grey hair can be donated, with the understanding that it will be sold to help offset manufacturing costs.

All participants will receive a free hair cut after the initial donation cut, plus a complimentary Paul-Mitchell hairbrush. To find a participating Supercuts in your neighborhood, click here for complete details!
