This morning, Lisa Stanley treated the morning show to her specialty corn on the cob recipe that brings sweet and spicy together!

How to make Coconut Sriracha Corn on the Cob:

  • Boil corn with 1/4 stick of butter and two branches of Thyme. Grill corn for 15-20 minutes
  • Mix mayonnaise and┬ásriracha hot chili sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  • Cook coconut in a pan on the stove until browned.
  • Apply sauce mixture to corn and roll in coconut.
