A # 1 hit for The Righteous Brothers in 1964, the Hall & Oates version is our ‘Tickets @ 2’ song of the day.

It’s from the album “Voices” which became a massive hit, spinning off four singles onto the Top 40 pop charts. The album is seen as a revolution in the Hall & Oates sound, paving the way for future blockbusters like “Private Eyes.” It was the first album that Hall & Oates produced themselves.

I had the honor of introducing them at the L.A. County Fair season before last. When we play it between two and three we’ll be looking for lucky caller 13 at 1-800-232-KRTH (5784) to win a pair of tickets to see Aerosmith with special guest Cheap Trick Monday December 3rd at Staples Center.
