The Top Five Most Spectacular Christmas Light Shows

Nothing says Christmas like putting up lights on the exterior of your home to get in the festive spirit, but some families take their decorations to whole other level. Setting up Christmas lights to light up in synch with cheery music, some homes have dazzled their neighborhoods with spectacular light shows that you can’t take your eyes off of.

Thanks to, we’ve gathered a few of the most intricate and mesmerizing light shows that will leave you speechless!

Rock and Roll Christmas —  One family in Sioux Falls, SD goes all out every year for their neighborhood light show. This year’s show is called “A Christmas Rock Medley” features a medley of rock and roll Christmas songs by Richard Campbell of Orpheus Studio in the UK.  This light show also gives back by raising around $25,000 per year for the Make-A-Wish foundation of SD, granting about 5 children’s wishes every year.

Disney Christmas — The place where dreams come true, Disney always treats families to a wonderful display of holiday lights in their Christmas show with all the Disney favorites making an appearance on stage.

“Gangnam Style” — Everyone can agree that “Gangnam Style” is the song of 2012, and one family from Austin, Texas decided to create a show in tribute of the song all the kids are talking about.

“Carol of the Bells” — The classic Christmas tune gets set to lights to ring in the holiday spirit in style.

A Dubstep Christmas show — Using the popular dubstep songs by electronic musician Skrillex, Zachary Cadger and his family create a hypnotizing display of lights.
