Whatever you do, don’t upset the Queen – Queen Helen Mirren that is. The 67-year-old actress gave a piece of her mind when street drummers disrupted her play, The Audience, in which she plays Queen Elizabeth.

When the disruptive parade marched passed the London theater, Dame Helen Mirren was less than amused and went outside in full costume to go off on a royal rant yelling at the drummers to stop.

The band organizer Joe O’Leary, told The Mirror: “This little old lady came running out in a green dress, pearls and a tiara and headed for the conductor,” reports USA Today.

He adds that the actress dropped a few f-bombs in her rant, which she later admitted in an interview, “I’m afraid there were a few ‘thespian’ words used. They got a very stern royal ticking off but I have to say they were very sweet and they stopped immediately. I felt rotten but on the other hand they were destroying our performance so something had to be done.”
