Many are left injured and without homes after a devastating 200-mph tornado ripped through Moore, Okla. on Monday that has left at least 24 dead (revised down from 51 by the state medical examiner), reports CBS News.

As residents of the city try to pick up the pieces after the massive storm and emergency responders continue the search a rescue efforts, many of us around the nation wonder how we can lend a helping hand to the victims in Oklahoma.

CBS News gathered a reference list of reliable relief agencies that provide the necessary aid to those affected by the disastrous storm for those looking to help.
