“Grumpy Cat” is going Hollywood! The beloved Internet cat sensation (real name Tardar Sauce) rose to fame with her signature pouty scowl that inspired a viral Internet meme that pairs her mug with grouchy messages. Now, Grumpy Cat is set to make her big screen debut after striking up a movie deal this week!

Yahoo! Movies reports that Broken Road Productions has struck a deal with Grumpy Cat’s manager, Ben Lashes, to star in her own feature film based on the Internet meme. The movie is being described as a “Garfield-like feature film” and will include a voice over for the judgmental kitty, but who should be cast as the voice of Grumpy Cat?

It’s a big role to fill considering many of Grumpy Cat’s millions of fans have already pictured a certain voice in their head when reading her “grumpspiring” messages online. However, Yahoo! notes that there are some frontrunners already being thrown out there from the community on who would be a good fit for the voice.

One of those names being mentioned is none other than the king of scowl, Simon Cowell, who’s made a career out of his snippy remarks on American Idol and X Factor. Other frontrunners include the voice over master, Morgan Freeman, and Grumpy Cat’s celebrity doppelganger, Tommy Lee Jones.

But since Grumpy Cat is really a female, many are saying the voice should match with a female actress like Wanda Sykes, Roseanne or Two Broke Girls‘ sarcastic leading lady, Kat Dennings.

So who do you want to hear as the voice of Grumpy Cat? Choose from some of the frontrunners in the poll below or add your pick in the comments!
