As you know, the Jackson family is suing AEG Live in a wrongful death suit claiming that the concert promoters knew Michael Jackson was in declining health and ignored it, other than hiring Dr. Conrad Murray.

Well, the trial took a surprising turn in court on Wednesday when the jury heard a testimony from the ghost of Michael himself!

According to a testimony from Randy Phillips, the CEO of AEG Live, Jackson’s ghost allegedly absolved Dr. Murray of any guilt in his death. Phillips testified in court that he had a talk with Lionel Richie’s ex-wife, who spoke with a medium that channeled Jackson’s spirit.

“Brenda called me to tell me that she was in communications with Michael either through a medium or directly,” Phillips told jurors, according to the New York Post. “She said Michael told her that it wasn’t Dr. Murray’s fault, that he had accidentally killed himself.”

Needless to say, the lawyers did not like his testimony, objecting his claims and calling it triple hearsay, but surprisingly, the judge allowed Phillips’ explanation to stand.
