A skydiving stunt at a baseball game went haywire when the stunt-man knocked out the starting shortstop on one of the teams.

Mattingly Romanin of the Hannibal Cavemen in Mo. received a painful kick to the head when the skydiver parachuted into the field. Romanin wasn’t looking at the stuntmen and didn’t see him in time to get out of the way.

The news station KHQV writes in the video description, “Cavemen Shortstop Mattingly Romanin gets hit in the face by one of three skydivers Saturday night. The skydivers were tasked with delivering the game ball at the start of the Hannibal Cavemen game.”

But no harm done, Romanin was fine after the incident, albeit left with a headache. Watch the video below.
