A Day Of Celebration For Left-Handers

What do Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Lisa Kudrow, Julius Caesar, and Whoopie Goldberg all have in common?

They’re all famous left-handers!

Today, August 13th is known as Left-Hander’s Day, giving those who know what it’s like to get ink on their hand when writing, a day to celebrate in a world made for right-handers.

According to lefthandersday.com, the Day got its start in 1992 by the Left-Hander’s Club, who wanted to increase public awareness not only on the advantages, but the disadvantages of being a “lefty”.

To help celebrate this very special day, the site even has a “Lefty Zone” poster which can be printed out.
