By Britt Bickel

Missed out on Elton John’s larger-than-life Million Dollar Piano residency at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas? Never fear, his lavish Vegas show is coming to a theater near you.

John’s Million Dollar Piano was captured on film and is headed to the big screen for a limited event at over 700 movie theaters nationwide, reports USA Today. Presented by Fathom Events, the two-night special screening will premiere at 7 p.m. local time on Tuesday, March 18 with an encore screening on Wednesday, March 26.

According to Fathom Events, the screening gives fans “an incredible set list including all of Elton John’s greatest hits PLUS an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.”

Of course at the center of the show is the specially-designed ‘million dollar piano’ from which the show is named after. This one of a kind piano that took over four years to construct features more than 68 LED video screens and was created by Yamaha Entertainment Group of America especially for Elton’s Las Vegas residency.

In a statement, John says of the production, “It’s unlike anything I have done before, a complete mix, a showcase of all my music, accompanied by spectacular scenery and beautiful video images.”
