Who could ever forget that loveable, albeit, bizarre alien ‘Mork from Ork’ Robin Williams depicted for years on TV? It was supposed to be a one-time character on an episode of Happy Days, but Williams was such a breakout, that he ended up earning his very own spinoff Mork & Mindy from 1978-1982.

Now fans can relive all the magic and spark Mork brought to the set of Happy Days on TV once again. There will be a rebroadcast of the episode “My Favorite Orkin” twice on Friday, Aug. 15, at 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. ET, on the Hub Network, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Not only will the network re-air his big TV debut, but it will also pay tribute to Williams and run an alternate ending of the episode that inspired the spin-off series. The funny thing is, this episode was considered to be the “biggest piece of s—t in the history of the show,” by its own staff, but in true Williams fashion, he saved the script.

Speaking to E! News, TV and filmmaker Brian Levant (who joined Happy Days as a writer in the 5th season) said that “It was Robin Williams’ literal birth as an entertainer,” that helped salvage the episode.

“He was an unqualified genius in that rehearsal and the cast of Happy Days was tremendously generous ceding the stage to him and everybody walked out of that show saying ‘spin-off, spin-off, spin-off.’ And we walked upstairs and wrote a bunch of great stuff,” he added.
