Charlie Sheen says he has a plan for returning to Two and a Half Men for the series finale after being fired from the show in 2011.
As the show premiered its first episode of the final season last night, Charlie was on Extra talking about making a comeback to the show.
“I would definitely do it, yeah, yeah,” he told Extra. “If they’ll still have me, I will be there. Yeah, I owe it some measure of closure. I owe it to the fans… I just think it makes sense.”
He also has a plotline in mind on bringing his character back from the dead that would make sense to the show.
“I have a brilliant idea, but don’t want to give it away. It’s the type of moment I think people would talk about for a long time and it wouldn’t get in anybody’s way,” Sheen said. “Think it would be a nice tip of the hat… They know I want to do it and I know they’re open to it.”
He says they are just a meeting away from making it happen, but in the meantime Charlie is approaching the 100th episode mark of his show Anger Management on FX.
He said he would do 100 more of the show too, adding “never leave a hit show unless you’re fired right.”
