The Cast Of ‘Saved By The Bell’ Reunites On ‘The Tonight Show’

Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon seems to be on a 90s nostalgia trip lately. After kicking off his week-long visit to Los Angeles with a spot-on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air parody, Fallon has once taken viewers on a trip down memory lane with our favorite Bayside High class.

In a hilarious flashback skit, Fallon reminisced about his days going to school at Bayside High complete with a reunion of the cast of Saved By The Bell on his show last night.

The whole gang showed up on an exact replica set of the school; Zack Morris (Mark-Paul Gosselaar), Kelly Kapowsky (Tiffani Thiessen), A.C. Slater (Mario Lopez), Jessie Spano (Elizabeth Berkley) and even principle Mr. Belding (Dennis Haskins).

However, the reunion was missing cast members Screech (Dustin Diamond) and Lisa Turtle (Lark Voohries).

First Zack shows up, dressed in full 90s getup in acid wash jeans, blond wig, high-top sneakers and even a brick of a cell phone in hand, and introduces his new pal, Jimmy Fallon. Then the whole gang gets together to talk about who they’re taking to the upcoming Valentine’s Day dance.

However, Jimmy drops a bombshell to his Bayside friends saying he won’t be going to the dance because he’s moving to New York to follow his dreams of becoming a comedian on Saturday Night Live, host his own talk show and maybe even date Nicole Kidman (well, two out of the three ain’t bad!).

That’s when Zack gets a call on his cell from his mystery date, who says she’s been “throwing up all morning.” Next thing you know, Kelly Kapowsky shows up in her cheerleading outfit and reveals she’s pregnant (Tiffani Thiessen is actually pregnant in real life with her second child!).

The skit has plenty of Saved By The Bell references all the diehard fans of the show will get including Jessie Spano’s pep-pill freakout, A.C. Slater’s ballet routine and even a “time out” moment from Zack.

For the big finale, Mr. Belding cheers up Fallon by dedicating the song “Friends Forever” by Zack’s band, Zack Attack, over the loud speaker.
