Hacker To Blame For Jack Black Death Tweets

On Sunday morning Jack Black became the latest star to become the subject of a fake death hoax after his official twitter account for his comedy rock band “Tenacious D” was taken over by a hacker, who fired off several daunting message claiming Black had died.

It took almost six hours before Jack found out and regained control of the account.

He quickly told fans he’s alive and well and this was just a sick prank.

Eventually even the hacker relented admitting that the faux death announced was a prank and they apologized.

Since then all tweets regarding the faux death have been deleted.

By the way this was not the first time Jack Black has been in the middle of on-line death rumors, back in 2012 a hoax deemed he had fallen off a cliff in New Zealand and again in 2014 another hoax claimed he died of a stroke.
