Tell me what you want what you really really want. Well I can tell you what the Spice Girls really really want, they really really want two new spices and are in talks with the BBC to develop a talent show to find two new members to add to the group.
Mel B (scary spice), Emma Bunton (baby spice) and Geri Halliwell (ginger spice) are looking to replace Mel C (sporty spice) and Victoria Beckham (posh spice) after they opted out of a reunion show which is being planned for next July in London’s Hyde Park to mark the 21st anniversary of the Spice Girls debut single ‘Wannabe.”
The last time the group performed as a whole was in 2012 at the closing ceremony of the London Olympics. Posh we know is busy concentrating on her fashion empire and her family, while Mel C recently penned an essay for “The Love Magazine” where she said, “Something didn’t feel quite right” which she says is why she decided not to take part in a reunion.
She also has a sporty line of fashion she’s concentrating on. As for the other three Mel B, Emma and Geri, they have already been back in the studio recording new material. Little factoid The Spice Girls remain the biggest selling girl band of all time with more than 80 million records sold worldwide.
