The Bellwether’s new happy hour in Studio City is short, but mighty. Running for just an hour, the restaurant is offering up a whole slew of drinks and eats for just $5 each. Food options include half orders of their popular tempura cauliflower and french fries, as well as their house marinated olives, avocado hummus, and Nashville Hot Chicken Sando. To pair with these cheap eats is a special $5 deal on anything on tap, which means 10 different beers, 8 wines, and Ann-Marie’s Bellwether Manhattan and Blood & Sand Redux cocktails.

This happy hour is for the lunch crowd, as Herringbone has recently introduced a new lunchtime happy hour in Santa Monica. Hungry lunch breakers, tourists, and anyone else looking for a midday bite will love Herringbone’s new wallet-friendly offerings. Sharable favorites like their Albacore Sashimi, Grilled Pork Belly, and Truffle Fries are all being served up for $11 or less. A happy hour at Herringbone wouldn’t be complete without oysters, so the restaurant is also offering fresh shucked oysters for just a buck. With a recently expanded weeknight happy hour, the Southeast Asian gem has drink specials ranging from simple to simply amazing. A glass of Havemeyer Riesling Kabinett or Burg Ravensburg Pinot Noir, or a pint from Smog City Brewing Co., will only set you back $5, or enjoy a specialty cocktail from Beverage Manager Ron Carey. Housemade spiked shrubs like strawberry black peppercorn, pineapple and rosemary, and pear and ginger can be paired with either vodka or rum for $6. Elevate your happy hour experience with some Vietnamese fusion eats, like a banh mi salad, lemongrass and chili grilled pork ribs, prime beef hanger steak tartare with larb seasoning and puffed sesame bread, and more, all under $10.
